A Bit About Me
I am a clinical social worker with two decades of clinical experience. I became a social worker because I wanted to help make a difference in people's lives. I graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo , master of social work with a speciality in child welfare, June 1997. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree, Sociology June 1993 from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. My clinical experience has primarily been in the southeast.
I have work experience in hospitals, large health care organizations, community mental health programs, public schools, and court systems. I have been licensed to practice social worker in the state of Georgia since 1998.
Maintaining a healthy balance in life is very important to me, and I achieve this by being consistent with my daily self care practices, maintaining a healthy diet, sufficient sleep, exercise, and by remaining engaged in daily activities that bring me pleasure.

Providing individual and group therapy, as well as emergency coverage and triage. On-going therapy with patients who present with a wide range of presenting issues. Working with adolescents and adults with a diverse population. Coordinating care within the Kaiser system as well as consulting with and referring to programs and hospitals in the community that offer a higher level of care for those who need it.

Conduct initial Psychiatric Evaluation with children and their families seeking mental health services in the Outpatient clinic. On-going individual and family therapy. Provide clinical support services in Atlanta City Schools and Juvenile Justice System.
